Agencies offer money back guarantee - if you are not satisfied with some services of local agency you can require money back. But before this, please contact your camp manager or guide and they will try to solve any problem you have!

NO prepayment for (some) local agencies. You pay at arrivel in cash (EUR or USD, prices are in EUR). Of course you can pay before via bank trasfer, we will send you detailed information if you prefere this way of payment.

Deposit to (some) agencies is refundable - if you could not come due to some reason (eg. illness, injury etc.) deposit will be calculated in your next trip with this agency. You pay the rest after arrivel to destination.

"No matter what" insurance for air-ticekts by SOLID insurance company from Sweeden (EU), paid directly by STA together with air-ticket.

Medical insurance is provided by CORRIS medical insurance agency and is paid directly by STA together with air-ticket.

FREE SMS service is provided by local agency in Base Camp. It is limited to 3 SMS per day. In some Base Camps there is GSM signal so you can use your own phone (also in Lenin Peak and Mustagh Ata).
